It's in the words 'pre-recorded' and that is why online tools fail to hook most of us, because it does not offer the real human interaction and feedback that we all appreciate when forming new habits.

Classes descriptions:

  • Power Yoga:

This class focuses on building and engaging your core, arm and leg strength to support you in advanced postures. It integrates mostly the physical aspects of yoga, including vigorous Vinyasa based practise, breath awareness, and meditation.

Q. What can I expect in a Power Yoga class?

Expect to sweat and reach beyond your limitations, exploring your emotions, and using your body as a metaphor to teach your mind what you are capable of achieving.

Targets: All body

Good for: Strenght, flexibility, balance, building stamina and endurance.

  • Gentle Flow

This class holds each asana/ pose for five to eight breaths building the heat gradually.

Q. What can I expect in a Gentle Yoga class?

Expect a fully balanced class of twists, backbends and basic inversions in a more meditative practice with fluidity and freedom for your body and mind.

Targets: Different muscles groups depending on the class (some days arms, others back-opening etc.)

Good for: Unwind, Strenght, flexibility, balance.

  • Yoga and Inversions (I am new)

Q. What can I expect in Yoga and Inversions class?

In this class part dynamic part lecture class, you'll condition your body to approach headstand, forearm stand and handstand. This will give you the confidence to go upside down. Inversions are in the practice to foster confidence, not fear. This class is designed to teach your body and mind safe alignments and technics. With regular practice, you'll ripe the emotional and physical balance that these asanas can gift us.

Targets: Arms, back and core strength, hips and legs flexibility.

Good for: Full body strength.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses, focusing on releasing the connective tissue of the body (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). Poses are held for extended periods (3-5 min), allowing the student to relax as they express patience and quiet.

Q. What can I expect in a Yin yoga class?

Expect the intensity of a stretch to help you to foster a deep, pervading sense of calm and to learn some principles of psychology while you restore. Classic Yin is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. It helps to open up the body releasing blockages so that energy can flow freely.

Targets: The deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones

Good for: Meditative states, conscious breathing, unwinding, relaxing.

  • Hatha yoga

Hatha Yoga is a general yoga class that reflects the teacher's interests and influences. In this case, in my Hatha Classes, I incorporate elements of Ashtanga, Swasthya yoga (DeRose Method) and the psychology of spirituality.

Q. What can I expect in a Hatha yoga class?

Hatha Yoga is a general yoga class that reflects the teacher's interests and influences. In this case, in my Hatha Classes, I incorporate elements of Ashtanga, Swasthya yoga (DeRose Method) and the psychology of spirituality. Expect to explore in more detail classic poses such as Trikonasana, Vrksasana (tree), Virabhadrasana (warrior), Adho mukha svanasana (down dog) and also to find physical and mental challenges but with proper restorative intervals.

Targets: Different muscles groups depending on the class (some days arms, others back-opening etc.)

Good for: Regular Hatha Yoga practise can improve strength, flexibility, and balance; reduce stress, and provide many therapeutic benefits. The physical practice of Yoga is just one part of a Yogic lifestyle, which incorporates eight limbs (explored in Hatha).

    The BEST private teacher for tailored needs! I met Daniela when I attended a group class at a nearby yoga
    studio, I hadn't practised yoga in over a year and for someone who without frequent practice would usually begin from the beginning again, I managed a headstand in that very first class! This was all down to the confidence Daniela has in her students. That confidence she had in me, built the confidence and trust I needed in myself! Since that class I have had multiple private sessions with Daniela, we have explored so much from meditative work, breath work, flexibility and core strength, various inversions all tailored to the results I'm looking for, and in such a short space of time my body's strength, ability AND shape has enhanced considerably, which I could have never expected and I am beyond grateful for that!
