The main purpose of the Airo Yoga Foundations online course is to teach you the beginner basics of Airo Yoga so that you can practice at home. Packaged into a cutting-edge eLearning platform, you can develop your Airo practice anywhere, at any time, on your laptop, smartphone or tablet. You’ll also get access to the Airo Yoga Facebook community page where you can connect with other Airo Yogis and where I will hold monthly Q&A sessions.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AIRO YOGA?
