Posted onAmazing Experience!I came to Zen as a solo traveler looking to be dive certified and learn yoga, and I was not disappointed!
Before this trip I had zero experience with yoga, meditation, and diving. I throughly enjoyed the sunrise meditation followed by yoga each morning, and the sunset yoga was the perfect way to end the day. I plan to continue the yoga regime upon my return home.
The diving was also superb. Arnaud made the process easy and fun, taking is slow to make me feel comfortable and confident. So much so I continued diving at the other Zen resort in the north, and now have 10 dives under my belt. Bali is the ideal place to learn. Calm, clear, warm waters with Great Instructors.
I highly recommend the diving and yoga package. They focus on breathing, which is key for diving, buoyancy, and equalization. The massages each day also helped with any soreness and really relaxed me for the evenings.
They take care of everything: transportation, food, treatments, diving gear, etc. Just show up with an open mind, open heart, and you will leave a transformed person. I know I have :)
Thank you Zen
