This retreat program is designed for relaxation of the body and the mind. Its purpose is to offer you a physical and emotional rest, to purify your body and increase your vitality.
Ideal if you are a busy and relatively healthy person who needs to rest and revitalize your body.
You will enjoy a few days detox with daily yoga and meditation sessions, excursions through the beautiful natural park of Montnegre and healthy fresh and organic juices, detox drinks, and superfoods to refresh the body.
Together with treatments such as colon hydrotherapy, that will purify your body and the overload of toxins that over time inevitably accumulate.
Enjoy taking care of yourself, and dedicate yourself to a few days that will help your body to maintain the daily rhythm without detracting energy from the reserves it stores, which in the long run will diminish the chances of suffering decay and disease processes.

Virginia, is the founder of RETIROS DETOX specialized in therapeutic fasting, is the naturopath and dietitian who coordinates the retreats.
It started as in detox retreats in Australia in 1999.
At Can Bavi you will be personally assisted by accompanying you throughout the depurative process and will help you to elaborate a continuation plan adapted to your needs to maintain and continue with what has been achieved.

In the vicinity of the retreat center there are numerous tourist possibilities:
When the house is located within the Natural Park of Montnegre el Corredor you can practice both hiking and mountain biking through the GR 92 that runs through this park and the various trails properly marked.
They also have professional mountain adventure services such as PainBall, Forest Aerial Circuit, Archery, Quads, and Mini quads, Human Foosball
2 km from the house there are stables that organize excursions through the area's paths, either individually or in groups. Walks in Donkey and Horses.
You also have water activities such as jet skiing, kayak, banana boat, windsurfing, water skiing, and diving.
For being 10Kms from Palafolls we recommend an Aquatic Park and Marine Zoo. It's a two for one. Slides, pools; Dolphins and a multitude of animals are ideal for a day.
And to the south the emblematic city of Barcelona and the Montserrat massif, whose famous Monastery is traditionally considered the spiritual heart of Catalonia.

Know before you go
By plane: Book your flight to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) in Spain.
By taxi: You have a pick-up service at the departure of your flight in Barcelona and transport to our center in Pineda de Mar. The price is € 100 per trip.
By car: From Barcelona towards Girona-France on the AP7 motorway, get to the exit PINEDA DE MAR
By train: From the Sants station in Barcelona, take a train to Pineda de Mar. It takes an hour and a quarter to get to Pineda. The price is about € 5. When arriving at Pineda a taxi to the Center.
We are located at the entrance of the MONT NEGRE natural park next to the Church of Sant Pere de Riu.
