Balta Varna ( White Crow ) Nests
We do need to be surrounded by nature … we do need to dip our bare feet in sand … we do need to feel salt on our skin … we do need to be pampered sometimes … BECAUSE … we simply become a better person, nicer to our family and friends, more productive at work, we reset to a less fast pace of breathing and can handle stress with a more calm mind and attitude … WHY? … when we connect and literally touch nature, we connect to our individual selves just a tinny bit more … we understand our importance … we see our strengths and accomplishments … we are able to forgive … we realize how incredible it is to live in our amazing bodies

Yoga in NicaraguaYoga In Nicaragua is one of the best life experience I've ever had! Great way of escaping your busy work and life environment and get recharged with calm and relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful country. The yoga instructor, Zivile, is a beautiful soul and amazing hostess that stayed with me through my entire visit. She helped me to reconnect to my mind, body and spirit through yoga and meditation. Very experienced yoga instructor!!! The food was delicious and fresh. Enjoyed every single meal. Also, greatly suggesting to pay little extra and do a whole day trip to Granada, Apoyo Lagoon and Masaya Volcano. It was a great way to learn about the country and its beauty that it has to offer. Overall, I give five star to this wellness retreat, worth every single penny spent!!! Definitely will go back.
