We're taking the 50-Hour Teacher Training Online!!
Start the new year with a BANG and join the 10-week Airo Yoga Teacher Training.
The Online Teacher Training is a combination of the FOUNDATIONS Course (the basics of Airo as taught on the e-learning platform on the website) and 10 ZOOM sessions; one session per week!
This course will help you:

- Teach you the skills to conduct an awesome Airo class

Daily Program
We meet every SUNDAY over Zoom for a two-hour session where we discuss each chapter of the Foundations course in more detail. Time to be confirmed!
You will be given homework assignments per week.
On the 9th session you will conduct your teaching practical EXAM and I will observe via Zoom.
The 10th and final session is a one-on-one session with me where you will get exam feedback and steps to help you along your Airo journey.

Natalie is the creator and brainchild behind Airo Yoga. Coming from a background in classical ballet and dance, Natalie started her yoga practice at an early age. Having completed two 200-hour Yoga teacher trainings in South Africa and Bali, Natalie has accumulated over 2000 hours of teaching experience in yoga, aerial and pilates in the past four years.
She started Airo Yoga in 2018 and has grown and expanded her trainings in Malaysia, Maldives, Morocco and Sri Lanka.

- The Airo swing or an aerial equivalent (aerial hammock or belt)
- A space at home to practice.
- A stable internet connect
- A laptop or computer to upload and download videos on Google Drive
- A good attitude, cause it's going to get interesting!!
